Universal Sport Magazines are all web-based monthly publications (using a state of the art new age digital technology), incorporating quality editorial and videos alike. The magazines are free to subscribe (for readers), which ultimately creates a highly effective viral internet based product. Friends tell their friends etc: meaning a rapid growth in subscription… The more subscribers you have; the more you can charge for advertising.

The magazine is inexpensive to publish on a monthly basis, and with a systematic order (much like a print magazine), it lends itself to highly effective advertising medium. • You purchase the rights to the magazine in your country
• We publish the magazine each month, as we do already.
• You add 4 extra pages of local content (specific to your country)
• We then design and publish the magazine, inclusive of your 4 extra pages
• On completion of each issue; we email the link for your version of the magazine to all the subscribers in your country
• Your readers enjoy the magazine, tell their friends and you generate new subscribers

This is what you have to do to make your business a successful.

• Do whatever you can (using your imagination) to generate new subscribers in your country
  • Remember that subscription is free so generating new subscribers is easy
  • The more subscribers you have in your country, the more you are able to charge for advertising
  • Any subscriptions in your country go directly to your "readership"
• You are allocated 22 pages to sell advertising to companies in your country
• The 22 pages can be broken into quarter, half and full page adverts
• The readers in your country will then receive the link to the version of the magazine that contains advertisers from your country
• You have 2 x rotating banners to sell for the email that goes out to your readers each month

Licensee/Publishing Fees

• A negotiable royalty fee per issue
• 10% of advertising revenue monthly
